Khadijah and Paul were amazingly helpful and we are so happy with our purchase! Khadijah walked us through the entire process patiently, showing us each bed and teaching us how they work. We never felt pressured to purchase a mattress or to spend more money than we wanted. This was one of the most pleasant large item shopping experiences I have ever had and I highly recommend this location. The bed is amazing, I haven’t had neck or back pain since purchasing!
We purchased our bed on our third visit to Sleep Number. The quote for what we found came quickly to us through email and Lee kept us in mind when a better deal came along, understanding that our budget was very important. From start to finish, Lee And his coworkers were professional, kind, and considerate—Never pushing for a sale.
Lee at Sleep number off Ashford Dunwoody has been so helpful and made the decision on which bed to get very easy. He has also answered my endless questions on dimensions and little details to help me get prepared for when the bed arrives. He has made the experience absolutely seamless. I highly recommend Lee and this particular store!
I rarely post but Lee and Khadijah at the Perimeter Dunwoody store deserve 6 stars for diligently helping me with my sleep number mattress. I strongly recommend buying your mattress from them. Their customer service was excellent!
