I really enjoyed the shopping experience. Rodell was very knowledgeable and patiently walked me through all of the different Options and features.
Mattress shopping was so fun and relaxing with Rodell. He truly catered to my Mom and I, and was patient and thorough with the whole process. The mattresses were incredible. Seeing the relief my Mom felt when she found her correct settings was priceless.
Rodell's customer service and knowledge was exceptional. He was patient and thorough. I explained what I needed in a mattress and Rodell explained sleep number offerings. At completion of my tour and testing, I am convinced that a sleep number bed with an adjustable base will be purchased in my near future.
