I must say that I work in the area and had no intention of purchasing a mattress. I walked into the store because I had never been inside. Right away, Khadijah greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I was instructed to try the demo mattress to see my pressure areas. The results blew me away, and I wanted one right away. Khadijah showed me different types of mattresses, and I fell in love with the P5. Khadijah provided excellent customer service.
Recently, we had to change out the pump on our Sleep Number bed. By the time it arrived from the factory, the corporate office had closed down, but our local Sleep Number store was still open so we decided to give them a call as we were having some challenges installing the pump. Lee from the Atlanta store was wonderful. He stayed on the phone with us for almost an hour until we had finished the task. Lee went above and beyond.
