Tim is very straight forward and easy to work with
Sales Staff were very courteous and helpful. Patiently showed us several different mattresses until we found one that fit our needs. Patiently explained different options and demonstrated different scenarios of firmness and comfort. A well informed and friendly sales staff.
The sales people were good but I'm not going to lie I hate this bed I unplug it at night I haven't slept in it good since I bought it ,some features are cool but,it automatically has a snoring sensor that it raises your head and try to turn it off it don't turn off if your power goes out all the lights go on the bed and start blinking all around bad buy on my part.
I just bought an i8 with adjustable base. Both Chris and Jason were fabulous! They both took care of me being a brand new customer to a sleep number bed. They were both very friendly, had excellent customer service, were extremely knowledgeable with the sleep number products, and catered to exactly what I wanted. I strongly recommend the sleep number store on riverside drive in Macon and would definitely buy another one from this location!
