This review is not against a particular store. It’s against the company as a whole. Please be aware that if you have a split top set, you will be purchasing sheet sets at a very high cost over and over again. This problem has been going on for years now, and they still have not fixed the sheet problem for the split top…. They give you a one-year warranty if they tear they’ll replace them. I bought a recliner there and lm very, very disappointed. When I lean back it just keeps going until i’m looking straight up at the ceiling. I called and was told to tighten screws in the back, I did and now it won’t lean forward and I have to struggle to get out of the chair. This recliner has been nothing but a source of irritation and frustration, I hate it, I tell you I hate it. Do not, I say do not buy furniture from them, they don’t have your best interest at heart.
