I bought a recliner there and lm very, very disappointed. When I lean back it just keeps going until i’m looking straight up at the ceiling. I called and was told to tighten screws in the back, I did and now it won’t lean forward and I have to struggle to get out of the chair. This recliner has been nothing but a source of irritation and frustration, I hate it, I tell you I hate it. Do not, I say do not buy furniture from them, they don’t have your best interest at heart.
