Was very happy to get the bad as my husband needed it desperately for medical reasons. They scheduled delivered for today, November 7. They called me two days ago and said it would be another two weeks! Then, after I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said it would actually be 6-8 more weeks because they lost a bunch of orders in the new system! We spent 6k on a mattress, they have our money, promised delivery and now they don't know when they can get the mattress to us? The date keeps changing and it doesn't look like the... read more
