Customer service sucks! Went in got info and price on bed however they didn't give me a print out for a quote and of course I didn't know I needed one. So when I came in to purchase it was a didn't price. When I asked them about this they said they couldn't do anything about it when I confronted the woman Barb she acted like she didn't know anything about and acted as if she had never seen me, and Cole wasn't concerned about it nor the mngr Bren he heard everything but didn't even come over to talk to me Poor service !!!!

Look for Barb-35!! She is awesome!! Great customer service!!
it was great to not have to walk in the cold to get to other stores. Many great store to shop. Nordstrom,jcpenneys,sears. I love going there.
