From the initial phone call with Lydia at the Camas Sleep Number store, I was impressed by her positivity and attentiveness to our particular situation regarding the choice of a new bed. I went into the store to buy a pillow for chronic whiplash syndrome, I laid on a p6 bed to try out the pillow, bought the bed too. I have had a sleep number bed for the past 20 years, never had any issues. The newer bed mattress is just as supportive if not more and firm as needed. No more pain. Costumer service was great too, very informative. Thank you!
DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER - they are JUNK! Have had mine less than 2 years and air pump went out. Warranty is only 1 year so now I am stuck spending more money on top of the 4k I initially spent. There is a reason they only give you a year warranty, they know they will break. So I either buy a new pump or haul to the dump, either way I have to spend more money on a $4,000 (and that was half price) bed.
