Literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. I have herniated discs and this bed relieved all the pressure unlike anything I’ve ever laid on. Pricy yes, but I am hoping long term that it was well worth the price. My salesperson Kish was personable, knowledgeable and we shared a few laughs. No complaints at all. Highly recommended!
Great customer service— honestly, the best I’ve experienced in a while. Mitch was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The store has a 100-day return policy, which is awesome. Will return for any more bedding or mattress needs.
Terrific shopping experience at Sleep Number in Holyoke! On my second visit to the store, I took the plunge and bought a new bed. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase experience. Quinn, the store manager, is super informative, very patient, and without an ounce of “hard sell.” I’m looking forward to a getting a great sleep!

He gave us the information and time to come to a decision on the best model for both of us.
