JOYCE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELP US WITH OUR DESSION FOR OUR Choice. My wif e had hip replacement and needed a bed that could change support. I had one 30 years ago and she didn't care for it. The new SN have evolved so much and she changed her mind.
Our sales rep, Kym, was Awesome! She was very personable, knowledgeable & in no way pushy to make a sale! She listened to our wants, had us lay on the bed we were & are interested in purchasing, gave us products information regarding pillows, sheets & protective mattress cover....needless to say, we made our purchase!!
