We were met outside by Kimala who retrieved a walker for my husband. The whole experience was great. She knew exactly how to explain about the bed we were looking for.
Joyce was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product.
Kiamaya was great. I highly recommend her. Our household already has 2 beds and we just bought are 3rd. She worked with us to make sure it was possible to get it ordered.
Joyce was lovely! She was very informative but didn't go too far. I would recommend anyone on the fence about purchasing talk with her. She helps you understand your needs.
