I was looking to get a new mattress. I was going to order online, but decided to go into the store. I am so glad I did! Had a great lady help me out. I was able to contact her later to make changes to my order. And she was even able to find me a closer delivery date than what we scheduled in the store. I definitely would not have gotten the same great customer service online as I did in store.
