I had a great experience at the store & love sleeping on the mattress BUT I would never buy another one!!! The warranty & the repair dept is the worst ever. After a little over 2 years my bed started loosing air. They wanted $190 to diagnose the problem. A very nice lady helped me diagnose the problem myself which was difficult since I am in my 70s.
