RecommendedBrandon Bess. Those two names are synonymous with excellent customer service. He was able to get us extra financing and found us the perfect bed. My wife and I are now sleeping as if our legacy is secure. A Viking level sleep that makes us refreshed in the morning and ready to conquer worlds. Brandon was exemplary and we couldn't be happier to own our 2nd sleep number bed.
Love, love, love the Sleep Number 360 i8 bed! There's nothing like sleeping on air! :) The techs that assembled our bed were very professional and polite in every way! I rate them a "10" in every category!

We got the worse customer service ,had a problem with one side and called Murfreesboro Tn store and was referred to corporate and neither place was interestrested enough to return our calls

Customer service at the store is great but the customer service reps that are supposed to help coordinate delivery and handle concerns, returns, etc are terrible! You're lucky if you don't have to be on hold 45 min waiting for help. Then, when you do get through, you may be transferred or cut off! Someone always has to call you back in a few days to a week, but they never do. I want to return my mattress b/c it's not worth the price and not as comfortable as the showroom mattress we liked.
