Sales rep was wonderful. Polite and helpful. Wish things weren’t so expensive but that’s true everywhere these days. Love our bed. It’s the second sleep number we’ve had. Highly recommend them.

We had been looking for a new bed and went to several different businesses to see their products. The Sleep Number store was the most friendly, professional and helpful of all. Cindy took her time gave me the opportunity to experience the bed and adjustments,etc. I explained that I had recently had a couple of serious surgeries and had been sleeping in a recliner for months so getting a bed as soon as possible was our goal. The delivery and technicians were just wonderful- I was so happy with the way things went- they were very knowledgeable and nice - it was the best experience I ever had with a delivery team. I had the best nights sleep last night and I am just so happy with the bed!! The whole experience from working with Cindy Culpepper (who is wonderful) in finding the perfect bed and accessories to the best nights sleep it was awesome
