My husband and I have purchased 4 Sleep Number beds, our first three in 2017 and the most recent in 2023. When moving the newest Queen bed from Md to Pa, the remote was missing. In preparation for house guests we set up the bed, but had no way to inflate it. We had out of town company arriving in a few hours, and thought we might have to put pillows in the cavity until we could get some help. I called the 800 number 2 times but they were unable to help. Great customer service and knowledgeable about the products
The lady at the store was very nice and had me laying on several beds so I could decide which was better for me. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a sleep number bed.
