The staff at the store in Green Bay is wonderful. Over the years we have purchased five different Sleep Number beds and currently have a flex fit king size that we love. We always make our way back to the GreenBay store as they are attentive, caring and have great follow-through. You can't go wrong.
Went in looking for the pillows and even though I didn’t get anything the staff there were supper nice and was thankful for the salesman there.
Another excellent experience; accomplished exactly what we hoped. We visit this location to gain insight into products to help achieve better comfort and sleep quality, not only through description but also to try them out and physically compare the options. Ozzy listened to our needs, made recommendations and presented samples for us to try. After selecting items for purchase, he was able to bundle them in a manner where we gained the best price. The store in Green Bay has been helpful beyond belief. They arranged for a disassembly of the mattress for our move to Florida. They also called when we had earned bedding gifts. Now that it is time to re-assemble the bed, they arranged for that, too. Always ready to help. A great experience.
I went here for an interview, and it seems like a lovely place overall. Also, there are some great food locations just outside the place, so you can try a little sleep number and then eat some awesome food. Make a whole thing out of it.
