We had an excellent experience with Bradley. He let us know all of the options available, but didn’t push them on us. He made sure we got the right pricing and double checked on things he wasn’t sure about. Great experience!
Ozzie was great, really spent the time with us and answered all of our questions. We did purchase a sleep number bed. My back is really excited for it to arrive. He went above the call and was able to get the bed delivered sooner than later 👍
I have a hard time even giving a star this time. My first sleep number was gone in divorce. So I treated myself to a new one or so I thought. Couldn’t wait ordered what I wanted plus went all out head board etc. the works. Now fast forward 4 months still no bed. And I will give short version cuz you wouldn’t believe the half of it. So my delivery was cancelled or rescheduled 7 times. Non of which I could get an explanation why. The last was hour after scheduled time they called no pump. We were in thw market to replace our old ergomotion bed and sid stop at your Green Bay WI store for info. Staff was exceptionaly friendly and informative. After a demonstration and trial test e decided to purchase a Sleep Number unit. Am awaiting delivery.
Bradley was wonderful. Knowledgeable, and not pushy like a lot of sales people are.
