It is weird posting a review about a place you didn't purchase something from, but Joel's work definitely needs recognition! I was very pleased with my visit to the Sleep Number store in Eau Claire, WI. Joel greeted me as soon as I entered the door. My visit was to get pillow protectors for a guest room. He was prompt, courteous, and very engaging. Joel helped me find the item, and check out was fast and easy.
