I had a great experience purchasing a couple of bed pillows from the Eau Claire store. The store had the exact pillows I wanted in stock so it was very convenient. I worked with Cody and he was wonderful to work with and even sent a follow-up message. I’m very pleased with my shopping experience with Sleep Number!
Adam was fabulous - lots of information but no pressure.
I want to take a quick minute to recognize Adam and Cody at Sleep Number here in Eau Claire. We’ve been to a few other mattress stores, and those interactions felt highly sales-driven. From start to finish, this couldn't have been a better experience. Adam and Joel were amazing, compassionate, witty, and wonderful throughout. I don't think it's legal to have this much fun in a mattress store! Whether you're thinking about getting a new bed or have already decided it's going to happen, stop in and talk to these guys!
