Mom was going into assisted living and wanted a sleep number bed. We went to the store and were assured that they could accommodate a move-in date when she was ready. Shortly after that, she ended up in the hospital and was told she couldn't go home. When she was released to rehab, I called Sleep Number with a 10 day window to get the bed delivered.
