Staff very helpful Linen overpriced for the quality
Sleep Number is a great bed, however beware of the warranty. They will sell you on the (now 15 year), was 25 year when we purchased. However, if you have a failure you will be required to trouble shoot on your own. Once a problem that is significant like we had, after 4 years only, which was a completely failed air chamber they will charge you $280+ to get the repair done. Now they say they cover the parts, etc. but you will pay a $99 fee to have somebody come do the repair and they do not pay shipping and handling which cos... read more
My family went in to learn more about sleep numbers and how the mattresses work and had a great experience. Travis, our salesperson was phenomenal at his job and was super kind to all the members our family. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all of our questions. Great experience!
