Jordan the sales person was friendly and an obvious expert with his products. He was patient answering our questions. He was working alone and showed some anxious ness when more customers came. There was some confusion on which system we purchased but he corrected the misunderstanding quickly. I would recommend this store and Jordan to others.
After a horrible experience this morning (Sunday, 11/9/25) at this location with the male employee, we decided to ditch Sleep Number and go to Mattress Firm and switched to Tempurpedic. Their customer service on the phone is horrible, his customer service in the store was horrible, and honestly, their product is garbage. Do not buy a Sleep Number. Just left at 11:22 on Sunday 11/9/25. I think the older gentleman's name was Joseph, the rep. I could be wrong on his name. The first thing he literally responded with was, "call customer service, we don't have parts here for you," and kept cutting us off every time we tried to explain the issue. Our bed sucks from sleep number, sinks in all the time, if you have sexual activity at all better not do it on the bed, overtime it will end up slowly leaking, and every morning youll wake up sunk all the way down to the box spring and your lower back will be killing you. The foam cover that goes over the mattress rips easy its like near $300 to replace.
