I deeply regret buying a Sleep Number bed. I purchased the I10, their top-of-the-line model, thinking it would be the best…but it turned out to be the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The bed is horrible. I missed the return window, so now I’m stuck with an $8,000 bill and a bed that causes me constant pain. The store is great! The employee we dealt with was very helpful. I would give them five stars. My issue is with the Sleep Number app. The beds are now controlled by the app. We bought our new bed because we moved and sold our bed purchased last year. If we deleted the old bed from our app, the new owners would not be able to control the bed via the app. We gave them our password so they can control the bed, and now their bed and names appear on our app. Sleep Number customer service says this is how it works. Approximately three months ago, visited Sleep Number and bought the Queen Dual P5 smart bed with frame and headboard for $6,000. During our visit, the sales representative informed me that I had a 30-day return policy for the bed. However, he failed to provide specific details about the refund process. I figured it was for the whole kit and caboodle. The agreement I signed did mention certain exclusions, but these were noted in a separate paragraph and the salesperson never mentioned them at all.
