Excellent customer service. Jeff helped me pick out just the right options. He explained how everything worked. This is my 2nd Sleep Number bed. We bought one in 1990. We were in there computer! Amazing! We loved our first bed and it is still working great!

I changed my wifi password and now my bed does not work. Will not connect to Bluetooth. They want me to pay $250 for a new pump. Their warranty is deceptive and does not cover the 25 year warranty. I should have known this was a gimmic!!
