We planned on visiting three different mattress stores in the COS area , starting with Sleep Number. We arrived at the store and met a Monique as we entered. She was fun, funny , professional and very well informed about her product. She walked us through finding our ideal sleep setting, testing the various mattresses and explaining the various options/features. Needless to say, our plans to visit multiple stores did not happen. Had a great experience with Noah! I even came back and bought another bed for my mother along with a special pillow. You get great attention and I absolutely love my sleep number bed. No more hip pain or shoulder pain after only a few weeks with my bed. I highly recommend this store!
This was a request for a remote. We didn't go to the store, but called. The store clerk, Linda, was very friendly and accommodating. She is having a remote sent to us.
Wonderful people! We worked with Linda and she was so patient and professional. They let you try everything, from beds to pillows, and explain every option.
