We went in already knowing what we wanted and they helped making sure that was the right choice for us
I had a very awesome experience in store! The lovely lady helping me was very detailed, super sweet, and not pushy at all. She was very patient as my husband and I decided what we wanted, and our toddler running around. Very helpful considering our needs and wants.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!I Do not buy their beds. I have had nothing but problems with my bed since buying it 2 months ago. 3 service calls and it’s still not fixed. I called for a new mattress since this one is obviously defective and they can’t seem to fix it and they won’t give me a new trial period with the new mattress. I really never got a trial period because we have not been able to sleep on it comfortably because of the issues we have had with it.
