After much debate we decided to look into getting a Sleep Number and the entire experience has been great! AJ at the Flatirons location was so incredibly helpful, giving us all the info and time we needed to make the decision - it was a great experience and we are so glad to have worked with him!
Excellent customer service -- Joanne was so very helpful taking us through the learning process to make a good decision. She did not pressure us at all -- just gave us good information. Highly recommend!

Great. Answered all my questions and let me try out my pillow.
I haven't received the mattress yet (the only downside to the process so far is the estimated wait time(25 days from our order date is what we were quoted). However the process of getting our sleep numbers, reviewing options and then finalizing everything was quick and painless. Stephen was super patient with our toddler and made sure it was a welcoming and low pressure process. I cant wait to get the new bed in and see if its as good as it felt in the store.
