Great customer service. Very thorough explanation of all the different mattresses and price points. Didn’t try to sell us just the most expensive.
They did a fantastic job of explaining all of the new features for the Sleep Number beds so that we could make an informed decision for picking out our new bed.
Cliff was so helpful and not pushy at all. Enjoyed working with him as he did t have to seek us on Sleep Number beds…this is our third purchase since 1994.
My husband and I have been Sleep Number customers for about ten years now and we highly recommend their products! 2 years ago, we upgraded to the i8 split top mattress and our health has benefited many times over. Being able to elevate the head of the bed during colds and allergies has made sleep even possible. And being able to raise knees and feet following a sprained ankle did wonders. We bought our sleep number bed in 2020 from this location...amazing service then and WORTH the money. Recently bought sheets from this same location, and Cliff and staff were awesome...couldn't recommend enough!
