Service was great but the app is still down can’t use it
Brett was great at getting me to order and promised. Price match guarantee but now that I’ve had my bed delivered the store didn’t even attempt to help me and just passed me to customer service. The website said free delivery and I was charged the delivery fee anyway he said he could credit me back but they won’t even help now.
Very friendly and answered all questions. We love our C2 bed. My sleep has improved so much!
Huntsville Sleep number store is very nice. Very clean and well organized, quiet and staff are very knowledgeable!
Salesperson Melanie was excellent. I just can’t get over the fact that we spent $12,000 for a mattress and acc and I have to wait almost a month to receive the product. Not happy with this situation.
