Melanie was a huge help; extremely friendly. Me and my husband went in with no intentions of buying anything but instead left with one of everything LOL! we cannot wait to receive it. highly recommend. be sure you ask for Melanie!
Buyer beware these mattresses are garbage. I’ve had this a little over a month and now I’m stuck with an adjustable base that they refuse to return, but I have something for them will be disputing with my financing: defective products. Brett is a liar and will say anything to get you to buy something. They are not wanting to honor the return. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau of the consumer financial protection bureau as well as our attorney general. I’m not playing these games with these people
The manager,lady was very helpful in helping us decide on a bed , and can’t wait till it is delivered. This will be our second sleep bed.
The delivery and installation went great. The delivery person (Mario) and his assistant were very professional and helpful in getting my old bed moved to a guest bedroom and setting up the new Sleep Number bed in my master. They set up the bed, inflated it, set up the remote and walked me thru the app’s settings on my iPhone. I am very pleased with the bed, the delivery and the customer support from my salesperson at the local store (Melanie)
Brett was wonderful to work with! Kind, knowledgeable, and up front about all pricing details. Go see him if you're looking for a new mattress!
