Think sleep number has lowered there standards of how they do business, slow slow shipping, the store was filthy and calling customer service was a joke!!!!
I had an excellent experience at Sleep Number thanks to Jemienah. She was very sweet and patient while answering all my questions and helping my husband & I find the perfect mattress. Her knowledge about the products made everything easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Truly outstanding customer service. 🥰
