Buyer Beware! Salesmen are very nice so our Sleep Number journey started great. After spending $8,000 it has been a nightmare. Initial delivery was a fiasco. A second date had to be set up, once again fouling up our work schedule. Not to mention we had to drag the old bed back in from the garage and set it up. We have had the bed 2 weeks- ILE split king, and it slides in all directions and gaps severely. Today a maintenance team arrived to troubleshoot. Had a great experience at Sleep Number on Two Notch Rd in Columbia today. The two gentlemen that were working were super friendly and not pushy. Jason was our salesman and he was phenomenal and very patient with us. Would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress!
Jason Simmons was a first class rep for Sleep Number. He is knowledgeable of anll your products, informative, patient, not aggressive, but reasonably assertive. He was personable and my wife and I were completely comfortable working with Jason. We purchased approximately $6,000.00 in merchandise and we left believing we had made a good decision.
