The customer service was great but the mattress itself was overpriced garbage we slept on the mattress for 2 days and told them to come pick it up. For us the mattress was too thin. It felt like we were sleeping on the adjustable base. Save your money and research other mattresses
Jason was amazing. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He explained the products in detail that we were looking at and made sure we were comfortable with the products we purchased. He made us feel like family not just a customer. Amazing experience, Jason although he is the manager is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. He remembers talking to my other half earlier in the day, including what we were looking for and the fact that we have dogs. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Can't wait to get my ClimateCool bed, either give Jason a raise or let him get commission. Would recommend 10 of 10 times to other people. And when you go make sure you ask for Jason.
Could not have asked for better service! Never felt pressured to make purchase. Cant wait to sleep on new mattress. Definitely made right decision -excellent explanation of how bed works. Jason was flawless!
