I can only leave a review about this location and not the business as a whole unfortunately. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The warranty is a scam. You only get one year of coverage after the delivery date and then you are responsible for some of the cost of parts. For the thousands of dollars that customers spend on these beds that kind of warranty is a joke. My foot warmer went out after less than 2 years of owning the bed. It was delivered January 2024. Never had a bad experience at the Two Notch store. Just bought my 2nd mattress.
The customer service was great but the mattress itself was overpriced garbage we slept on the mattress for 2 days and told them to come pick it up. For us the mattress was too thin. It felt like we were sleeping on the adjustable base. Save your money and research other mattresses
Jason was amazing. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He explained the products in detail that we were looking at and made sure we were comfortable with the products we purchased. He made us feel like family not just a customer.
