Can't get nothing but a busy signal (over an hour of trying). Need a mattress casing without the quilted top and they want $900 for this. I own 2 of these beds and after this I'd rather sleep on a rock as to have to deal with Sleep Number. They are useless when it comes to helping a customer - but didn't have any trouble taking my cash.
