Charles was extremely helpful, friendly, and a no pressure sales experience was very much appreciated. Charles took the time to explain, show, and demonstrate to us the different sleep number beds. He answered all of our questions completely and did I say friendly? I would highly recommend Charles at Sleep Number in Spartanburg, SC.
Charles is an excellent salesman who knows the sleep number beds and products so well that it’s a pleasure to deal with him. He’s very personable and respectful. I just wish I could afford to buy new mattresses and accessories more often! I will tell more friends about sleep number beds and to go see Charles!!!
Christi-Anna was such a delight. She was very informative about all of the beds, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick the right bed for us. We never felt pressured into making a purchase. She spoke to us like we were old friends just catching up and made the entire experience just wonderful. Tonight will be our 1st night with our sleep number bed and I can’t wait to get in it!!
My husband and I have bought several mattresses and pillows from Mike. Mike is always so friendly and pleasant to work with. We will always be forever grateful for all his help!
Not worth it! Costs way too much! Extremely heavy, sleeps no better than tempurpedic, which we had for many years! Time to purchase new one and we made a mistake with sleep number!!! Regret it!!!!
