Our experience at the Sleep Number store was fantastic. The bed sold itself and Charles was fantastic at answering our questions about each mattress type. We felt comfortable with the bed we selected and that we'd sleep better for decades to come.
My husband and I visited Sleep Number in Spartanburg, SC on a whim while we were in town for a wedding. I wanted to show him the other beds they had for when we were ready to upgrade from our 10 year old, P5. Charles was an incredible associate - he took us through the various mattresses and new technology, was friendly, and never pushed us to buy anything.
