Tifanie was so wonderful to work with today. Very helpful, informative, and kind. We purchased our sleep number about a month ago, we received multiple phone calls to check in how our new bed was, and the team always gave help and advice when needed. We also needed to purchase some additional products, do some returns, and everyone was on top of it. Thanks so much! We will absolutely recommend this store.

Recently purchased a mattress from Casper at Washington Square. What a wonderful experience. I wanted to avoid the “car salesmen” Approach at many large mattress stores. After researching on the Consumer Reports website, I decided to give the store a try. Shay was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She was incredible!
