Nice clean store front and the Manager KC was very helpful. We have had several sleep number beds, believe this 3rd one counting one we bought for our RV, so the bed sold it self but since we are moving from Alaska to Oregon in 4 months there were lots of issues that could go wrong. But KC made happen with little or no stress. Thank you again KC for ur help as well as ur friendly staff that helped out while we’re not at the Bridgeport store in Tigard.
We had a great experience at this store. KC was incredibly informative but not at all pushy or sales-y. She answered all our questions, gave us all the info we needed to “sleep on” the decision (pun intended!) and then made the process so smooth and easy via phone and text once we made our decision so that we didn’t have to fit going back to the store into our schedules. We’re really looking forward to our delivery date. Thanks so much KC!
I had a great experience with Sleep Number, thanks especially to KC, the store manager. She went above and beyond to help me get both my initial install and my reinstall scheduled smoothly during a move. Her communication and follow-through made the whole process so much easier. Truly appreciated the support, highly recommend this location!
My experience in the store was great. The staff at the Bridgeport store in Tigard Oregon we're all very helpful and knowledgeable. My first experience with sleep number as a company, not so great. A few days before our bed was to be delivered, they notified us that it would be delayed a month. Not a great way to start with a first time buyer.
