This was the worst experience ever. We went to the store and purchased a mattress that cost about $6,000. We purchased a mattress cover too. Delivery charge was $250. We tendered a visa and set up delivery. Days later, we were called and told the salesman made a mistake and we needed to pay another $100 for an additional part. This was unacceptable. I never leave reviews but KC deserves one. She was quick to resolve my issue that I couldn’t on my own. I have never received the kind of customer service as I have with KC.
Casey at the Sleep Number store was the absolute best. Casey made me believe in customer service once again. She was so amazing. I am a loyal Sleep Number customer now because of her. Casey was very informative and kind with helping in all the products Information.
My mother and I contacted Casey at Sleep Number Tigard, Or via phone probably an hour before closing because trying to order online we kept having issues and she was amazing. She was able to get my mother the mattresses and adjustable base she wanted with the original discount the online order had on it (which the online later tried to apply a lesser discount) and also made us aware of and was able to apply the veteran discount for my father's service to his country. I just purchased a sleep number mattress for the first time at this location and I had a great experience! KC helped me pick out our perfect new mattress. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions! Chris, also helped us when we decided to place our order. They both gave us time to make decisions and were not sales pushy at all. Their customer service is the BEST! I highly recommend this store and working with KC or Chris, they will help you pick out your perfect mattress!
