KC was great! She didn’t pressure us, but her knowledge of the product made it easy for us to get the right information. She absolutely understood how to help us get to the best decision for our needs. She even helped us get the app all set on our phone. We can’t wait to get our new Sleep Number bed!
Excellent staff. Knowledgeable laid back sales pitch and patient with our newbe questions/concernsabout quality and function. Chris went the extra furlongs for us which was more than appreciated. As far as the i8/Flex ll system ? We have 100 days to bail should this not work for us - which ensures our continued admiration of their business model.
KC is the manager at the Bridgeport village location. Super responsive and helpful. We’ve bought 2 beds here and highly recommend them.
Nice clean store front and the Manager KC was very helpful. We have had several sleep number beds, believe this 3rd one counting one we bought for our RV, so the bed sold it self but since we are moving from Alaska to Oregon in 4 months there were lots of issues that could go wrong. But KC made happen with little or no stress. Thank you again KC for ur help as well as ur friendly staff that helped out while we’re not at the Bridgeport store in Tigard.
We had a great experience at this store. KC was incredibly informative but not at all pushy or sales-y. She answered all our questions, gave us all the info we needed to “sleep on” the decision (pun intended!) and then made the process so smooth and easy via phone and text once we made our decision so that we didn’t have to fit going back to the store into our schedules. We’re really looking forward to our delivery date. Thanks so much KC!
