This is our 5th Sleep Number bed and bar far the best purchasing experience we’ve ever had. KC was super helpful before and during the process and her follow up has been exemplary.
I live alone and wheelchair bound. I wasn’t able to get to the store and thought I would have to get my mattress on line. I contacted the online store to order the mattress but, could only deal with a bot. Even asking for a live person only gets another bot, giving a different name and employee number. The bots are absolutely worthless and, while talking a good game, their information is totally incorrect. Trying to make financial decisions really messes up the financial agreement. We have just purchased our second Sleep Number bed (after 24 years) and had exemplary service during the original sales cycle and subsequent follow up. Particularly since we had some comfort questions which were immediately followed up with suggestions and the provision of additional support equipment. As a result we have had the most comfortable sleep experience ever. Thank you KC and all the support staff on and off site.
We hate shopping, but Chris made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. The employees are friendly and super helpful. We LOVED the pillows and can't wait for our second sleep number bed.
