KC was extremely helpful! She made the experience easy and were excited to get our new bed!
KC was great to work with and did an excellent job answering my questions and including additional details. She had extensive product knowledge and gave me the pros and cons of each bed so I could make an informed purchase decision. I selected the i8 bed and also picked up a couple pillows.
This is our 5th Sleep Number bed and bar far the best purchasing experience we’ve ever had. KC was super helpful before and during the process and her follow up has been exemplary.
I live alone and wheelchair bound. I wasn’t able to get to the store and thought I would have to get my mattress on line. I contacted the online store to order the mattress but, could only deal with a bot. Even asking for a live person only gets another bot, giving a different name and employee number. The bots are absolutely worthless and, while talking a good game, their information is totally incorrect. Trying to make financial decisions really messes up the financial agreement.
