We hate shopping, but Chris made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. The employees are friendly and super helpful. We LOVED the pillows and can't wait for our second sleep number bed.

One of the best big ticket shopping/buying experiences I have ever had. KC was both professional and warm - and a font of knowledge about her product. We were given the information, shown our options, and then left to ponder. We never felt pressured. When we went back to make our purchase several days later, she was just as great. No buyers’ remorse here.
