My mother and I contacted Casey at Sleep Number Tigard, Or via phone probably an hour before closing because trying to order online we kept having issues and she was amazing. She was able to get my mother the mattresses and adjustable base she wanted with the original discount the online order had on it (which the online later tried to apply a lesser discount) and also made us aware of and was able to apply the veteran discount for my father's service to his country. I just purchased a sleep number mattress for the first time at this location and I had a great experience! KC helped me pick out our perfect new mattress. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions! Chris, also helped us when we decided to place our order. They both gave us time to make decisions and were not sales pushy at all. Their customer service is the BEST! I highly recommend this store and working with KC or Chris, they will help you pick out your perfect mattress!
We have purchased our 2nd Sleep number bed (our first one lasted 25 years, hoping the new one will be similar). KC and Chris were great to work with, friendly and answered all our questions. Thanks for making shopping for beds easy :-)
