We had the pleasure of working with Amanda at the Davenport store. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to get us into the right mattress without going over our budget.
Amanda went up and beyond good service to meet our needs
Great friendly staff. Went in and talked to Adam who was every nice and went out of his way to make sure we could test every mattress we wanted including moving some of the current display models to bring out one they had in the back for us to test out. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mattress.
Worst mattress. Sheets are thin and overpriced. Mattress pad is lumpy and crinkly. I have not slept well since it was delivered. Every night trying something just to get one good nights sleep. The inflation is completely inconsistent. It makes a screeching high pitched noises when raisingand lowering. I wish we had never purchased this mattress and base. It's poorly made and overpriced. Buyer beware. You're getting a lemon.
This store was great but follow up service afterwards not so much
