I was promised a delivery date of this Friday. The time was confirmed between 2:15 and 4:30. Then all of a sudden I get a text saying unfortunately there wasn't a slot available for me for delivery on fri and now they're trying to reschedule! This is unprofessional as I discussed with my sales rep that I needed thurs or fri delivery and I was pretty adamant about that due to my work schedule! I wouldn't recommend this service at all!!
Emily took her time with us, answered all of our questions over the time we were there. She never made us feel rushed or pressured but rather as a knowledgable person helping to match us with the correct bed. An excellent sales person!
Very knowledgeable and great experience!!! We can wait to get our new bed
