Good customer service had what I wanted and were helpful
Worst experience I've ever had with a company. I specifically asked them if there was any penalty or charge if we decide we dont like our overpriced air matress and the guy said no its a risk free trial... then they're trying to charge me to have their people come take it away. The question i specifically asked was if we dont like it the only money im not going to have returned to me is the mandatory setup fee which is also stupid, and the sales person said yes that is correct.
