We purchased a mattress and base in November 2024, and were told it would fit into our current frame. When it was delivered and set up and our old mattress was taken out, the delivery person stated it does not fit in the frame. He then stated not to worry because he took photos and would let the store manager know and they would simply exchange it for the correct mattress. I was treated with great respect and was given great input regarding the sleep number bed, pillows, bedding etc. The gentleman was very respectful and informative. I am looking forward to getting my new bed and hopefully it will exceed my expectations.
Not to high pressure sales
Love our new bed, it's been a game changer.
I recently moved. Movers are not Sleep Number techs so the bed was not in the best condition. The WiFi connected perfectly but bed did not inflate. Went by the store on Fairview, went through the problem with the sales person on duty. He explained what I needed to do. Two hours later a perfectly inflated bed and a good night's sleep. Will go back to this store in the future.
