I was having trouble getting my bed delivered when I was going to be home and not traveling. I contacted Len at the Billings store and he took care of me. Not only was he great in the store when I bought the bed from him, but he also was able to set up a date for delivery that worked for me.
Len was really great to work with! He was very helpful with the purchase of our new bed. The delivery dates weren’t options for us and he was able to work it out and get our delivery date sooner than expected and on a date that worked for us.
My buying experience with Tom was very good. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured in any way. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality bed to visit Tom and you won’t be unhappy.
Store manager Tom and new employee Conner treated us to the kind of customer service for which sonnets are composed. They were entertaining, knowledgeable, and engaged. Tom clearly knows his products and has exemplary public relations skills. Conner was unabashedly honest about his lack of experience, and when he did not know something, he deferred to Tom. It was a pleasure spending time with them, and I am confident our mattress purchase will be exactly what we need for a great night's sleep.
We had a great experience with Tom! He was polite and helpful without pressuring us. We love our new bed and appreciate his follow up making sure all of our questions were answered. We would definitely recommend Sleep Number and Tom!
