Got a sleep number. After less then a year one side of the bed kept deflating. Went in because I got a 5 year warranty. They told me I had to figure it out and they would send the parts for me to fix it. Like I know how to fix the stupid bed. Now my wife’s and I back are all messed up. No customer service from them, will never recommend to anyone and will now talk people from every getting one. Just replying to there comment down below I bought the bed for this store. LEAVE ME ALONE. I purchased a bed from someone else. You have harassed me more after I purchased a bed than before I purchased. STOP CONTACTING ME.
Greg(mgr) and Bryce(salesman) were the individuals we spent 1+ hours picking out our sectional, bedframe and matress. Both represented our bedframe that is was made by the Amish and was mango wood. Due to that it would take a month to come in we were fine with that. Picked it up 2-7-26 and the box is stamped Indonesia. Warehouse mgr called over to the store and got Greg on the phone, Greg would not address him telling us the Amish story, we questioned him about the wood and he said he didn’t know and would have to ask Bryce.... read more
The salesman at the store was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did not apply any pressure to buy. The buying experience was very pleasant. The delivery/setup team was top notch, making delivery in 60+ mph windstorm. They were friendly, professional, careful and know their products very well. They followed up with us after they were unable to complete the Bluetooth /WiFi setup because the power went just as they were starting that part of the setup. The Billings store has a fantastic team. BTW, the mattress is great too.
