We have had our Juna mattress for right at 5 years and we are loving it. Hard to sleep on anything else when we travel when we are used to how nice it is. Thanks Juna!
Wonderful buying experience. Quincy did an amazing job explaining the key features and benefits, without being pushy during the sales process. We went in planning to look at several other brands after Sleep Number, but after going through the sales process, we felt no reason to look at anything else.
Travis was fantastic on the sales floor. Very knowledgeable and NO high pressure whatsoever! And then the delivery team of James and Abraham were wonderful! Great job guys! And last but not least, our bed is perfect!
Buyer beware, especially if you deal with Paul the owner. He will negate any prior approved warranty by any unscrupulous method including delivery people. And when you try to talk to him about this he runs into the back room and leaves his front line staff to deal with you.
