I was on the hunt for a mattress as the very expensive one from OMF was just impossible to manage and gets sheets to fit on easily. I scoured the internet and came across Sleepnow. A simple no fuss show room with staff who are interested and know what they are talking about. Nearly 6 months down that track I am still very happy with my mattress. The right value for money and wonderful sales ladies and delivery men. I recommend them.
As others on here have mentioned, originally the mattress and the service was great, but has completely declined in the space of the first two years. There is noticeable sinking which is hidden by the mattress topper, so they will not follow through with their warranty and tried to blame it on us not rotating the mattress enough. We are only young and our backs are completely aggravated by the time we wake up. My new mattress doesn't feel good at all but there no recourse due to warranty strictly stating no returns for comfort reasons. Buying here comes with a big risk. Two stars given as it was very quick and convenient to shop here. However, all the convenience in the world doesn't make up for a painful night's sleep.
Many thanks to Julie and the staff. I've spent a big chunk of money with another company and had horrible results. I've had severe back pains (ended up going to physio) from the first mattress and than heating problems with the second mattress (full memory foam). I was not advised by staff that thick memory foam could heat up fast causing heating problems which leads to interrupting your sleep every 1-2 hours.
