Got my mattress from here some years ago now and it is still amazing and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress with great service
The mattress has noticeably deteriorated within the first year, despite paying a significant amount for what was expected to be a quality product. There is a clear dip in the middle, which is temporarily hidden by the mattress topper. After inspection, the warranty team confirmed the mattress has a visible dip, but they denied any recourse because their policy only covers indentations deeper than 32mm. I was on the hunt for a mattress as the very expensive one from OMF was just impossible to manage and gets sheets to fit on easily. I scoured the internet and came across Sleepnow. A simple no fuss show room with staff who are interested and know what they are talking about. Nearly 6 months down that track I am still very happy with my mattress.
