I would recommend that you don't buy from this company!!! Not happy with their customer service because my super firm bed is still under warranty and has large dips in the mattress but they won't replace it. They sent an eighty year old man to test it out and because he said it wasn't sagging they won't replace it.
We Purchased a king suite package along with a double bed and 3 mattresses early this year. Sleep n Style were so accomodating storing our purchases for months whilst we waited for house settlement and then delivered and installed. All staff were great to deal with from purchase, phone calls re dates changing and then arranging a late afternoon install on a Friday.
Amazing service and the best prices on beds, even gave my grandson a free lollipop, I definitely recommend this store for when your finding a bed!
I called into the store around midday Tuesday after arriving into Devonport earlier that morning. My furniture wasn't due to arrive for another week. I'd managed to strain my back earlier in the day, and the inflatable mattress and couch wasnt going to cut it. The team were so helpful, they helped me choose a mattress and base and a sofa bed which saved my back. Amazingly, the furniture was delivered around 2pm same day. The knowledge, customer service and pricing of S n S Devonport has been exemplary. We were greeted immediately on entering the store, the gentleman listened to our needs and explained all the options. We purchased over the holiday period which makes stock availability difficult however they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The delivery guys were brilliant, friendly and efficient, setting up the new bed with a minimum of fuss. A very happy customer experience and a product that suits our needs perfectly.
