It was a very helpful explanation of using my new CPAP machine. Kudos to Denise, knowledgeable and very friendly. A great experience.
Billed $28 for a 8min phone call. Have never ordered through them and thanks to this never will. Ebay & Amazon are cheaper even after insurance.
This place was very conscientious. She had my doctor's orders and proceeded to explain the machine I would use. At the same time my husband had a million questions which she answered patiently. I left with all the equipment feeling I had it under control. Unfortunately, the mask wasn't the one I tried on, but a new one that hadn't been adjusted at all. I had to go back the next day and have that taken care of. Hense the 4 not 5 stars.
If I could rate no stars I would. I’ve been trying to order a new kind of mask and they won’t answer the phone, return a voicemail, or answer emails. Terrible, terrible customer service. Plus they bill me for things they never sent me!
They call me relentlessly to resupply my CPAP mask and accessories, so I finally refill them online so they'll leave me alone, then when I actually need a new type of mask and a mask fitting, they call me, have me schedule an appointment, I take the bus 1.5 hours on a 95 degree day, and then they tell me they can't do anything because I just got my supplies refilled.
