Offering assistance must not be in this individuals pay grade. They reached out via email to find out why my machine wasn’t syncing and ignored my request for help and insight. Suffice to say my hands on experience is off to a bumpy start. No big deal just be prepared to find answers on your own.

Everyone I interacted with at sleep metrics was very helpful throughout the entire process of doing an at home sleep study, dealing with insurance, and setting up my appointment to pick up my supplies. I met with Gina and she was very thorough explaining how to set up and use my machine. She made sure I found a mask that fit and was comfortable, and answered all other questions I had. I walked out feeling confident and excited to start my new journey to better quality sleep!
Sleep Metrics issued me a New CPAP Machine. They contacted me to set up the appointment, the appointment was a great experience, everything was explained & was always asked if I had any questions. Last night was the 1st night with my new Air Sense 11, slept 12 hours! Awesome experience!
