RecommendedCROOKS. Avoid this company at all costs. Took us 1 YEAR to receive a CPAP machine that was incorrect. Tried to charge us $2100 for a $300 machine, will not return calls, constant lies, disrespectful and rude staff choose to laugh at you rather than help you with your issues.
There customer service when someone requests to stop sending supplies goes on being ignored. If they would just stop sending me unwanted items and billing me for them I would probably give them a higher rating. As is I've contacted my insurance company and next will be my doctor to help intervene on my behalf because my requests are going on deaf ears. I can get the same supplies for the machine in my house for a lot less and it is just as good and the same as what they send.
