Still using Philips machines that are under recall for almost 4 years. They are just not using the humidifiers which most bipap patients need. They don't inform you of this until you are there for your sleep study and are rude to you if you complain at all. The receptionist was rude and escalated the situation for my daughter causing us to just walk out. I am very dissatisfied with the testing center and will be finding a better hospital. It was already taking a mouth to get results from my sleep study, Dr called and canceled and pushed the appointment out another month...that's 2 mouths just to get results that's ridiculous and rude...just give me my results and I'll go to some other Dr.

Doctor that listens Due to my disorder waiting times are really hard for me but thankfully my wait time was nonexistent they had me in and out before the cars engine got cold. But even with how quickly I was in ans out I never felt rushed and Dr. Neal had taken time to listen, my concerns were addressed and plan made.
Had a sleep study done and the staff was the nicest and friendliest people I could have asked for. They were able to answer all of my questions and make this as painless a process as possible. I definitely felt in good hand.
