Terrible experience! Zero stars if it was an option. After receiving a call and setting up a sleep study to be mailed to me I received texted messages confirming an appointment nearly 2 hours away. I called the phone number given and left a message (message said they will return calls in 24 hours). 6-8 messages and dozens of unanswered calls later, over a month of trying, I was never responded to. My doctor referred me to the Sleep Medicine Centers of WNY for sleep apnea. Reviewers said the receptionists at the other offices were rude, but the Amherst/Williamsville office was good. I left a voicemail with that office, but when the receptionist from the Williamsville office called back, she was mean and nasty. She began by lecturing me for not leaving my date of birth on my voicemail. Worst customer experience. I was called two days before my sons sleep study and was advised there was a large coinsurance due. I didn't completely understand why so I decided to call my health insurance and the rep stated they were using a non participating provider number (NPI). The rep stated she did search the provider/facility and that there was an in network provider number so if they did depending on their billing use the other provider number I would only have a copay. DO NOT take your children here no matter what. July 10th 2023 the lady working was RIDICULOUS. Treated my child who is 4yrs old like garbage. Then my son was obviously scared so he cried a bit. He was told to leave with my husband and literally had about 6 stickers with chunks of glue stuck in his head and the lady said to “figure it out himself.” YEP I HAD TO SHAVE HIS HEAD. THIS PLACE US DISGUSTING.
