They don't return phone calls, don't do referrals they say they'll do. Office staff is rude. Appointments to get results take over a month. Husband had sleep study three months ago and is still waiting to get treatment they prescribed and NOBODY WILL CALL BACK.
After my other sleep doctor closed, I spent a lot of time researching other doctors. My husband uses this office and liked them so I decided to try. I like them but it was hard to get them to call me back. They finally did. I got a new machine and it seems to be working better. The dr. seemed very knowledgeable and discussed my options so that I understood. My online complaint would be how long it took them to get back with me.
After three weeks of working with their new patient department I am giving up. experience has been terrible
