Extremely unprofessional staff. Nothing against Dr. Vuolo, however the office is terrible. Last year, I had an appointment. It took forever to get the CPAP (over 11 months). In the follow up appointment, the doctor didn't show up and didn't give any notice. I called the doctor's office, they said they don't accept out of state patients even though I was an out of state patient last year too. Awful. Husbands appointments were canceled twice by the office staff but they never communicated it to him. Both times he showed up and they said they had changed the date and time If you don’t want to waste your time, go anywhere else!
Unbelievably disorganized and unprofessional. The amount of times appointments have been rescheduled (they say patient canceled but never happened) and the amount of phone calls never returned is absurd. The doctors are lovely but unfortunately, if you can't get an appointment or a call back, the doctors are irrelevant.
