This place was so problematic on many levels. The communication was short-tempered and simply rude. Any questions I asked as a customer were taken as accusations that I am not trusting their service, and I was scolded for repeating any questions. This type of customer service puts the buyer in a place of defense as opposed to being open/ feeling comfortable about the purchase you want to make. Not sure about this place. My contact person was called “Ruth”. She was very challenging and inpatient. Any customer/patient should be able to ask questions before spending a substantial amount of money on a machine. When decided to cancel the appointment, unprofessional reply was received, it only reflects bad customer service with great lack of diplomacy. Happy to take the business somewhere else. I do not recommend this center!
