I’ve struggled with sleep apnea for almost 10 years. Early on I was prescribed a CPAP machine which helped but personally…I loathed it. My biggest concern In those early years was whether I actually was successful in truly getting the machine sterilized for each use. After awhile, I felt like I was pumping impure air into my lungs and quit using it. It also caused dryness of mouth. I tried OTC oral mouth pieces.
