Great experience with Sleep Masters Canada. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They helped me find the right mattress and made the whole process easy. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the mattress quality is excellent. I’ve been sleeping noticeably better since. Highly recommend!
Our mattress transaction went so flawlessly it seemed too good to be true. We called up on Tuesday morning before store opening (we weren’t aware of the hours at first). Nobody answered but we figured we’d call back after 10:00. We got a call back within seconds and spoke to Ali who helped us purchase our mattress over the phone. He was so polite, knowledgeable, and worked with us to get our delivery scheduled in a VERY timely manner. This is the best matress store I have ever been to! Ali was super helpful in explaining diffrences between different the types and models. Prices are also very affordable. Highly recommend.
