Working with Joe and Josh was a delightful customer experience. They spent the time to meet my needs and weren't looking for just a sale. These folks no how to take care of you highly recommend them
We went to three stores shopping mattresses today with Sleep City being our first stop. We ended up returning to Sleep City because of selection, quality and most of all the customer service we received from Josh. He was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We ended up getting a great deal on not one but two mattresses (one for our daughter as well!) and our customer experience was top notch. They also had the best selection of pillows than any other store. Highly recommend!

Joe is the most personable and knowledgeable person we have ever encountered in a sales store. He was very patient and allowed us as much time as we needed to try out mattresses. He was genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress for our needs and offered a lot of info. which helped us make our decision. Best mattress buying experience we've ever had!
