First session was over 45minutes spent in the waiting room after my appointment just to have a video chat with the doctor. Second session was a sleep study and I must say the technician was absolutely fantastic. Got a call to come in for my 3rd session, explained I wasn't going to do another 5hr round trip for a 10minute video chat and I'm happy to arrange to go to the docotele office at my gp and talk which they refused. You need 2 referals to get a test just booked a test at chemist rip off business go to a chemist
Very poor organization on their part leaving it to just days before you're appointment to notify you that your referral is expired and you must supply a new one prior to your booked appointment or pay $358 on the day,now the doctor is away and has a one montg wait time to get in to get a new referral what a disgusting set up maby try notifying people more then a few days before an appointment would make sense
