Having to spend the night in a clinic as a female can be very stressful but, Sylvia was amazing! She was incredibly kind and personable. My overnight test went great and I felt very safe and comfortable falling asleep.
The staff were very nice and friendly. Easy to conversate with and made sure my comfort was met to the best of their ability. They also helped with getting me food
Dr. Sarrami and his staff were wonderful to work with. I had no trouble making an appointment and follow up appointments were a breeze. They answered all of my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate Belina Costa who helped me with an insurance mix up. She patiently listened to my concerns and took care of resolving my issue. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Sarrami and staff!
This is perhaps the most convenient facility in the Valley. Everything is located in the same area.
I was scheduled to go into their office on a Sunday night. I woke up Sunday morning extremely sick and couldn’t come. The only phone number listed for the sleep center is through Visalia, medical clinic, and no one answers the phone. If you miss an appointment there’s a $150 charge, if you need to cancel your appointment you’re supposed to call 24 hours prior to your study.
