Although the staff was knowledgeable I DID NOT appreciate being told by Dr. Elmer at the end of my appointment that my partner was lucky because I had a sexy mask. What the heck?!? Super inappropriate, and not that it matters but I am wearing a regular cloth mask.
Absolutely the worst sleep study experience. Their new building is a few hundred feet from the freeway and their sleep study rooms are on the second floor, so you have constant road and engine noise. Also their HVAC is noisy. Add to that the flashing LEDs from the monitors and you have a room completely unsuitable for sleeping. I couldn't sleep at all! Dr. Elmer was fine and helpful. Respiratory therapist who showed me how to use home sleep equipment was so rude and mean. I’ve never been treated that way in my life. I almost walked out in the middle of being belittled by her. When showing me my results I also got to see other patients results and names. Just go to aspen sleep center instead they are great there!
I had an appointment with Dr Elmer but I cancelled it matter of fact I cancelled 3 times for the appointment. Once email and twice on the phone..Then I get a call on my appointment day which I had cancelled as early as the day before from Dr. Elmer he left a very rude message on phone. I suggest Dr.Elmer read your patient chart I suffer from PTSD..get a new office manager. No way should a Dr talk that way to a patient I don't care if you do have Dr. Infront of your name it does not give you the right to leave a nasty voice m... read more
