They were very professional and friendly and show me how to do the sleep innovations equipment.
The staff from check-in to check-out was amazing. The process was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dawnell McIntosh was awesome. She was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel at ease. She explained everything in a way I could understand so there was no confusion. The nurse was very thorough as well when explaining how to use my device, even providing a "cheat sheet" was really helped in setting up the device. Great excellent place for you to get help with your sleeping issues and other . Everyone is very professional, caring and helpful. Very friendly staff and doctors that listen to you . They make you feel very comfortable will answer any and all questions . . . Definitely refer sleep innovations .Dr. Dawnell help me so much I'm sleeping great . Thanks to all the doctors and staff
My appointment was at 9 am. I got there early and was prepared to stay in the waiting area for a while. I was pleasantly surprised when I was ushered in right away and given my sleep study machine for a take home test. I received excellent instructions on how to use it and was done before my scheduled appointment time!
