I had a very pleasant experience at this location and ONE EMPLOYEE in particular STOOD OUT OVERALL to make that possible! Deionna is her name, she made sure my room was clean and that I had all I needed to ensure a great experience. I definitely appreciate Deionna for her professionalism and genuine consideration for my visit to be as pleasant as it could be, she achieved that goal! The hotel is amazing and deionna is always a great front desk agent whenever me and my family visit.
My stay just got better since I came across Deionna she is the best front desk agent and has amazing customer service. She’s also very caring and professional. She made my stay 10 times better at the end. She needs to be promoted to management
