I came in yesterday trying to book a room and I ran into a housekeeper named Darrius and his personality was beyond entertaining as a guest we should come in if we’re paying and have a decent greeting when we ask you for anything and he was beyond kind and funny. Y’all have housekeepers that play a decent role in doing their jobs. Keep shining.
Wonderful location with amazing peoples. I have been coming to this location for years and every time my stay has been great. This last experience has been amazing due to a SPECIAL person by the name of Ms.Brandi. She's been GOD sent. Ms. Brandi has went above and beyond to take care of any problem I have. Although I can’t remember his name, the male housekeeper who assisted us provided exceptional service. He was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor that made the experience even better. Everything was spotless, and his positive attitude truly stood out.
Brandi always look out for me and my kid mother she’s the reason we come back she makes us feel like family most people at hotel don’t make us feel like that
The Good: Great location with plenty of food options, friendly reception, the washer and dryer work good and they're on the same floor, the room was clean, and the TV had a lot good channels. The Bad: The wifi is terrible it disconnects constantly throughout the day and you can't reconnect for a while, the walls have horrible soundproofing I could here people talking in other rooms which is SO annoying, the cleaning people are loud just letting the doors slam everytime they go in and out as if there isn't people trying to SL... read more
