I was pleasantly surprised upon waking in to check in how fresh and clean the hotel smelled. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh every morning. The staff was polite, pleasant and professional. Ms Gabby greeted us with a smile every morning. All of our requests were taken care of. Ms Gabby also was able to accommodate us when we checked out but had to check back in b/c of change of plans. I was a little frustrated by this point but Ms Gabby made checking back in very smooth. My husband and I accompanied our daughter to process at Ft Bragg. We needed spacious accommodations and Sleep Inn did not disappoint. From check in and throughout our stay we were able to enjoy a quiet, safe, and family friendly environment. Nena the front desk associate gave us exceptional service at check in.
