Horrible staff for the most part. No smiles, unfriendly. When checking in, the employee asked the gentleman behind me if he needed help. How about helping me out first? Then after that, she took a phone call before checking me in. No sense of urgency. While she was on the phone, I asked another employee to check me in. She had a demeanor like she couldn't be bothered. Sorry for asking you to do your job. Those two need an attitude adjustment and/or retraining. I guess you get what you pay for. What a wonderful experience. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was very clean. And the beds super comfortable.

I got the suite, rooms were huge and beds 🛌 were super comfortable. Check in was fast, receptionist was very sweet and chill.✨️ The shower 🚿 pressure was so Strong it felt like a massage hitting your body. Hot breakfast included. Only downfall was the room had a very strong potent cigarette smell 🚬. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars all across the board.
