My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. We found a used water bottle wedged under the sofa, a dirty tissue on the floor beside the bed, and even dead bugs and visible dirt on the sofa. The overall condition of the room made it feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. It’s hard to understand how a hotel can allow guests to stay in such conditions. I expected better upkeep—unfortunately, this experience was far from acceptable.
A scam, I checked in for two nights, I stayed one night and they billed me for three nights. This is very concerning because I told the front desk I was checking out early and I didn't want to get charged for two nights. So I called and had to go back and forth with Carol the General Manager to recollect her memory.... Check your receipts the math isn't mathing!!!!
The room was clean, plenty of room, well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was great! Pool was nice and well kept.
